Question 1

Should I choose a subscription or a one-time credit pack?

Accepted Answer

Choose a monthly or annual subscription if you use prompt and image workflows regularly. A one-time credit pack is a better fit for occasional use or when you want to avoid recurring charges.

Question 2

How are credits used with the AI prompt tools?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions include unlimited prompt-tool generations and a monthly credit allowance for credit-based tasks such as GPT Image 2. One-time credit packs add a fixed balance without starting a subscription.

Question 3

Can I cancel my Prompt Five subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Canceling prevents future renewals, while your current paid-period benefits remain available until the billing period ends. Refund requests for completed charges are subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Question 4

Can I use generated content for commercial projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Paid subscriptions and credit packs include commercial-use rights for generated outputs. You are still responsible for following applicable law and third-party model terms, and for having the necessary rights to any prompts, reference images, or other source material you provide.
