Prompt Five provides a searchable library of text, image, and video prompt examples. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using Prompt Five at promptfive.com.

It covers account and usage data, AI tool requests, cookies, payments, retention, service providers, security, and the privacy choices available to you.

By using Prompt Five, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the service.

Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Account information such as name, email address, avatar, sign-in provider, and profile settings.
• Prompt library usage data such as pages viewed, prompt detail pages opened, filters used, copied prompts, and similar product interactions.
• Device and technical data such as approximate IP address, browser, operating system, language preference, cookies, and similar identifiers.
• Payment, order, subscription, and credit metadata when paid functionality is enabled. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• AI tool inputs, saved settings, generated text or score results, and image-generation prompts when you use these features while signed in.
• Support communications, including messages and tickets you choose to send.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve Prompt Five.
• Manage accounts, authentication, billing, credits, and support requests.
• Keep the service reliable, debug issues, detect abuse, and protect users.
• Understand aggregate usage trends so we can improve prompt discovery and product quality.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Prompt Content

Prompt examples displayed in the library may include text, image previews, video previews, tags, categories, source metadata, and related context. When you copy or adapt a prompt, you are responsible for reviewing the prompt and any AI output created with it before publishing or relying on it.

Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential business data, secrets, payment card numbers, medical records, or content you are not authorized to use in AI tools, support messages, or account fields.

When you use an AI tool while signed in, Prompt Five saves eligible optimize and generation inputs, settings, and results to your private account history. Prompt Optimizer test and compare requests are not saved to generation history. Anonymous AI tool requests are not saved to generation history.

For tools that accept an image input, generation history records only that an image was used. It does not retain the source image, source URL, file name, or provider request address. You must upload the image again to reuse that tool.

AI requests, including anonymous requests, are sent to the third-party model provider configured by the service. That provider processes request content under its own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies And Local Storage

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, locale preferences, and basic product functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling some cookies may prevent parts of the service from working correctly.

When you submit a request to a public AI tool, the server may set an anonymous fp_ai_device cookie. The cookie contains a random, signed identifier used to apply the shared daily free-generation limit across AI tools. It is not set merely by visiting the homepage or browsing the prompt library.

The database stores only separate one-way keyed hashes for the device, account, or network subject together with a UTC date and usage count. It does not store the original device identifier, user ID, IP address, user agent, prompt input, or generated result in the daily-limit record.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Prompt Five, including hosting, database, analytics, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, storage, security, and support providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, to prevent fraud or abuse, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

Payments

Payments and subscription management, when enabled, are handled by third-party payment providers. These providers may collect payment details directly under their own terms and privacy policies. Prompt Five receives limited transaction metadata needed to confirm purchases, grant credits, manage subscriptions, and provide billing support.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for product operation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, billing records, security, and legitimate business purposes.

Anonymous AI-tool daily-limit records are retained for up to 30 days and are then removed through routine cleanup. The anonymous device cookie may remain in your browser for up to one year unless you remove it earlier.

Signed-in free accounts retain generation history for 1 day (24 hours), while active subscribers retain it for 30 days. Generated image files remain available for 24 hours for every account and are shown as expired afterward, even if a subscriber's related history record is still retained. When a history record reaches its retention limit, or when you delete it earlier, its saved input, settings, and result are removed while content-free billing and audit metadata may be retained where required for service integrity and legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Your Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information. You can delete individual generation records or filtered AI-tool history from your account history page and update some account information in your profile settings. Children

Prompt Five is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
