Prompt Five operates promptfive.com, a searchable library of text, image, and video prompt examples together with related AI tools. Some prompt examples, previews, and reference material may originate from public posts and creators across the web, and we include attribution or a link back to the original source whenever it is available.

This policy explains how a copyright owner or authorized representative can identify material, submit a takedown request, and send a counter-notice when content was removed in error.

We respect the rights of creators and copyright owners. If you believe content on Prompt Five uses your copyrighted work without permission, you can ask us to remove it.

How to Submit a Takedown Request

To help us review your request quickly, include:

  • Your full name and contact email.
  • A link to the Prompt Five page, prompt, or asset you want removed.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
  • A link to the original work or source material, if available.
  • A short statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A short statement that the information in your request is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

What Happens Next

We review DMCA takedown requests promptly. We aim to respond within 48 hours of receiving a complete request.

If the request is valid, we will remove or disable access to the reported content. We may contact you if we need more information to identify the material or to confirm your authority to submit the request.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error or misidentified, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact information, a link to the removed content, and a statement explaining why you believe the removal was a mistake. We may restore the content where appropriate and permitted by law.

Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are the subject of repeated valid takedown requests, in line with our Terms of Service.
